Paradies, NFWF Join Forces To Help Gulf Wildlife |

The Paradies Shops and the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation have teamed up to help “Save the Gulf/Save the Earth.”
Paradies will be selling a specially designed T-shirt in its Florida and Louisiana newsstands where space permits. The shirts feature drawings of wildlife found in the Gulf, along with the NFWF’s logo, and cost $15, or $5 with a $20 purchase.
“The Paradies Shops knows the recent disaster in the Gulf has already affected the lives of millions, and will have an impact on coastlines and wildlife that will be felt for years to come,” says Gregg Paradies, president and CEO. “NFWF is an outstanding and reputable organization and we appreciate the opportunity to contribute in this way.”
The idea was created by Doug Ball, Paradies’ regional merchandise manager out of its West Palm Beach, Fla., location. The shirts are limited edition, but the company has yet to determine for how long they will be sold.
The NFWF is a non-profit organization that preserves and restores native wildlife species and habitats in the United States. It was created by Congress in 1984 and directs public conservation dollars to the most pressing environmental needs and matches those investments with private funds.
