Food and Beverage and Retail Concession Agreements at Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport (XNA)

The Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport Authority invites qualified companies to submit a proposal for both Food and Beverage and Retail Concession Agreements at Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport (XNA).  To obtain the Request for Proposal (RFP) documents, access our website at www.flyxna.com or call (479)205-1000 extension #7.  

Food and Beverage/Retail:
A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held at XNA on Tuesda, July 27, 2010, at 11:00 am CST in the west conference room.  Please see the RFP documents for details.  

Proposals must be received no later than 4:00 p.m. CST, Thursday, September 16, 2010, at the Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport, Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport Authority, Attention: Kelly Johnson, Director, One Airport Blvd., Ste #100, Bentonville, AR 72712.

Please carefully follow all RFP instructions to ensure all requirements are met.
