Marketing Manager
As ARN's marketing manager, Andrea leads the marketing and outreach efforts of the business development team. She graduated from Florida International University with a degree in international relations and economics. Prior to joining ARN's team, Andrea worked at The Capital Grille in Miami in the sales and marketing department, overseeing the planning and coordinating of all private events. Andrea enjoys traveling, trying new foods and meeting people.
Assistant Editor
Claire is ARN's editorial assistant. In addition to writing in the magazine, Claire’s responsibilities include the timely creation and editing of content for ARN’s website. Claire has previously worked for city magazines in Missouri and Washington state. She is a dedicated Wisconsin sports fan and has a particular fondness for mango smoothies.
Administrative Coordinator
Donna handles the processing of ads for the magazine, Fact Book and website. She also works closely with the ARN team on various projects, including the annual Revenue Conference & Exhibition and awards presentation. Prior to ARN, Donna wrote and produced educational features for a South Florida television production company for 14 years and spent a decade working in the entertainment industry in Los Angeles. Donna enjoys the arts and dining with her husband, Steven, and spending time with family and friends.

Ramon is responsible for ARN's business operations and growth, overseeing the company's current products while expanding and advancing its offerings. Prior to ARN, Ramon was marketing director for Trammell Crow Co., developing and implementing marketing initiatives for the South Florida division’s 2 million-square-foot portfolio. He holds a degree in graphic design from the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale and a bachelor’s degree in management from Florida Atlantic University. Ramon enjoys his two children and South Florida sports, and he is a huge fan of The Beatles.
Creative Services Manager
John designs and maintains the digital assets for ARN such as websites, videos, and collateral materials for its conference and brand. He earned his bachelor of science degree in aviation maintenance science, with a concentration in management, from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. During his time at ERAU, John worked as a graphic designer, where he gained much of his professional experience. He was raised around military and commercial aviation and has worked as a ramp agent/de-icer for several major airlines and as a line service technician for a fixed-base operator.

Melissa was born and raised in Chicago and is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University. Her career highlights include more than nine years of experience in marketing, branding, advertising, social media and account management. Most recently, she was director of account services at the Ryan William's Agency, where she was strategic lead on accounts such as Berman Enterprises, Marriott, Hilton and the Original Pancake House.

Barb plans and organizes the annual ARN conferences, as well as directs production of the ARN Fact Book. Prior to ARN, she worked for Orlando-based WaterSki Magazine for 14 years, and began working for ARN in 1998. Barb earned a bachelor's degree in marketing and a minor in personnel and sociology in 1983 from Florida Southern College. Barb used to live on the edge by waterski jumping and barefoot skiing.

Roger designs the look of the magazine, the Web site and all collateral materials promoting the company and the brand. Before ARN, Roger worked in New York as a graphic print and Web designer. A sculptor and artist featured on MTV and in the Whitney Museum, Roger holds a B.F.A. degree from the School of Visual Arts. His most daring adventure? Moving to New York City from Stockholm, Sweden, his birthplace, with only $200 in his pocket.

Andrew began working as a contributing journalist at Airport Revenue News in 2004 and recently was promoted to senior reporter. He is also a freelance writer for other publications focusing on business and related topics. Prior to becoming a freelancer, he spent nearly five years on staff at the Minneapolis-St. Paul Business Journal. Andrew graduated from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management in 1997.

Carol started with ARN more than 10 years ago, first writing for the Airport Retail News newsletter, then transitioning with Airport Revenue News to the magazine format. Prior to ARN, she worked in New York and London as a writer and editor for trade magazines. Carol graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Journalism and lives in Ramona, Calif. She isn't afraid to try exotic food, as illustrated by her tasting chilled calf brains in Brussels, Belgium.
