Local northeastern Ohio barbecue restaurant Sides to go! BBQ has opened an airport location in Cleveland-Hopkins International Airport (CLE). Sides to go! BBQ offers Southern-inspired dishes and pit-style barbecue to customers traveling through CLE Concourse C.
The Sides to go! BBQ concept was created by Chef Claude Booker. The restaurant’s specialties include BBQ Plate Meals, Cajun Bowls and Southern Fried Plates. Other offerings highlight the restaurant’s Carolina pulled pork and chicken, bourbon-glazed wings and a variety of homestyle side dishes like fried okra and sweet potato casserole.
“We are excited to welcome Sides to go! BBQ to the airport,” says Tina LaForte, vice president of Airmall Cleveland, a project of Fraport USA. “This popular stop for beloved side dishes and barbecue will be a big hit with hungry passengers.”
